Give us more information than you think is needed.
The minimum we need to know:

• What product you need support for
• Are you on Windows or Mac?
• What version of the operating system
• Please make it reproducable
• And your question of course ...

Add screenshots if you think it will show something we need to know.
Tell us step-by-step what you are doing, and what happens on what point that should not happen.

Also, if you have trouble with specific files, try to make the problem reproducable.
