Give us more information than you think is needed.
At least we need to know:
  • What product you need support for.
  • Are you on Windows or Mac?
  • What version of the operating system.
  • And your question of course...
Make screenshots if you think it will show something we need to know.
Tell step by step what you are doing, and what happens on what point that should not happen.

Now, if you have trouble with specific files, try to make the problem reproducable.
