Small utitl to fix Data size / SubchunkOne size issues on Wave / BWF files.
Reason, on recording crashes, these values might not be filled in, resulting in corrupt files, that 'could' be easilly restored.
This thingy checks for these issues, and can fix them 'in place' (read, no need to create a new file')
This is work in progress, we can make it to do 'anything' on wave / Bwf files.
