This util makes it easy to create SPOT compatible XML files, and it copies / renames the MXF and optional additional files to a user selectable output directory, ready for upload to the broadcaster.
The advanced checking options makes it impossible to make mistakes in the XML and filenames.
Main features include
-Simple and fast creation of XML files
-Check for accuracy of the metadata
-Check for timecode / resolution of the source MXF
-Auto renaming of assets

Like most tools found here, we had a need for it.
Current version is 1.6, compatible with the new HD regulations,
new options to set 'low loudness' and 'multi channel sound'.
