This is a first version of a pure software based LTC generator.
Don't confuse it with the ' other ' LTC generator, that one creates files with LTC.
This one creates noise on your computers sound output.
Main features include
Pal, NTSC NDF / DF, 24, 23.976, 24 and 30 FPS are all supported.
It works (internally) at 16 bits 48 Khz.

This project started out as a LTC generator for a new to develop indy camera, but could be handy for indy style audio recording as well...
